Personal freedom &

individual rights

Freedom means being able to make your own choices.
Whether it’s about family, healthcare, or how you live your life, government shouldn’t be in the business of deciding for you.

The Problem

Even though Wisconsin courts have ruled that the 1849 abortion ban is not currently in effect, reproductive rights remain uncertain. Some politicians continue to push new restrictions and refuse to guarantee those rights in state law. Families and doctors deserve clarity - not politics — in the exam room.

But this debate goes beyond healthcare. In recent years, we’ve seen lawmakers introduce bills that tell parents how to raise their kids, tell teachers what they can say, and tell adults what’s acceptable in their own lives. Those choices belong to families and communities, not politicians.

What I’ll Do

I’ll fight to:

  • Codify reproductive freedom and access to contraception into Wisconsin law.

  • Expand maternal and postpartum healthcare so families get real support.

  • Uphold every person’s right to make private medical decisions without government interference.

  • Keep classrooms focused on learning and respect, not political culture wars.

Why It Matters

Freedom means trusting people to make their own choices and respecting differences, even when we don’t all agree.

That’s the Wisconsin way — live your life, treat your neighbors with decency, and expect the same in return. When politicians use fear or division to score points, we all lose a little more of the freedom that makes this state home.
